Massage Therapy is our core offering — therapeutic massage customised to your needs and comfort level, from £45 for 30 minutes. Whether you need full-body relaxation or targeted tension relief, each session is adapted to what your body needs on the day.

Hot Stone Massage combines heated basalt stones with Swedish techniques for deep relaxation and muscle release. The heat penetrates deeper than hands alone, making it ideal for stubborn tension. 30 minutes is £45 and 60 minutes is £75. Deep Tissue Massage uses targeted pressure to reach chronic tension, knots and muscle pain in specific areas. 30 minutes is £45 and 60 minutes is £65.

Hijama Cupping — also known as wet cupping — is a traditional therapy that uses controlled suction and small incisions to draw stagnant blood and support the body's natural healing processes. It is available at £50 with a female practitioner throughout.

Our clinic on Swanshurst Lane in Moseley is easily reached from Kings Heath, Edgbaston, Hall Green, Bournville, Selly Oak and Harborne. Street parking is available on Swanshurst Lane with no permit needed.

Our holistic treatments are provided by Hafsa Ashadu-Campbell, who has over 13 years of NHS clinical experience. The women-only policy creates a safe, comfortable environment where you can fully relax during your treatment. Every session is delivered with a female practitioner throughout.
