We Know What You Are Thinking
Will it hurt?
Most injectable treatments feel like a sharp scratch that passes in seconds. Numbing cream is used for lips and for microneedling. Facials, massage and IV therapy are comfortable throughout. If you are anxious about needles, say so at the start and we will talk you through every step before anything happens.
What if I end up looking overdone?
That is usually the result of too much, too fast. We work conservatively and build in stages, because it is easy to add and hard to undo. If you want a subtle result we will tell you what that actually looks like before you commit, and we would rather do less and see you again than overfill you once.
I do not know what I need. Is that a problem?
No, and it is the most common reason people book. You describe what bothers you. We assess your skin and face and explain the options in plain terms, including the ones that cost less and the ones that are not worth it for you. You leave with a plan, whether or not you have treatment.
Will my skin tone actually be taken into account?
Yes. Some treatments, microneedling and peels in particular, carry a different risk of pigmentation on deeper skin tones and need adjusted settings and aftercare. That assessment happens before anything is booked, not afterwards.
What if I change my mind?
Then you change your mind. A consultation is a conversation. Nobody is put on the couch because they turned up. If you decide to think about it, we will send you the plan and you can come back whenever you are ready.
How do I know I am in safe hands?
Every treatment here is carried out by Hafsa personally, in one room, by one practitioner who knows your history. Her qualifications are on the wall of the treatment room and you are welcome to read them.

You are shown into the treatment room and offered a drink. Nothing touches your face in the first ten minutes.
You talk, we listen
You tell us what you have noticed, what bothers you and what you have already tried. We ask about your medical history, medication and anything you have had done before.
We assess your skin
A proper look at your skin quality, texture, tone and the way your face moves. This is where a plan starts to take shape.
We give you an honest plan
What would help, in what order, and roughly what it costs. Including anything we think you do not need. If a cheaper option would do the same job we will say so.
Treatment, only if you want it today
Some people go ahead the same day. Plenty do not, and that is a completely normal outcome. There is no pressure either way and no charge for changing your mind.
Aftercare and follow-up
You leave knowing what to expect over the next few days, what is normal, and how to reach us if anything concerns you.

What It Costs
Consultation
Included with every treatment. There is no separate consultation fee and no charge if you decide not to go ahead.
Deposits
A deposit holds your appointment and comes off the final balance. The amount depends on the treatment.
Paying in full
Facials, vitamin injections and massage treatments are paid in full when you book. Everything else takes a deposit with the balance due on the day.
No Pressure
You will never be sold something you did not walk in wanting. If the honest answer is that you do not need a treatment, that is the answer you get.
No Judgement
Whatever you have had done before, wherever you had it done, and however it turned out. We have seen it and we are not going to make you feel bad about it.
No Rush
Consultations are not run to a stopwatch. Ask everything you want to ask.
